| Marc began to serve
as an arbitrator in 2006. Yet advocacy remains an important
component of his practice. In 2008, Marc litigated not
only before arbitral tribunals, but also in U.S. District
Courts in New York, New Jersey and Virginia, in the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the California
Superior Court. Marc has built national and global networks
of exceptionally-talented legal professionals. As a result
he is able to offer professional services to clients,
in suitable cases, on a scale they expect from a global
law firm. Marc has sought to combine his experience with
adept use of state-of-the-art litigation support technology.
His business model seeks to challenge conventional assumptions
about litigation economies of scale.
