Mr. Goldstein has been appointed to the International and Commercial Panels of Mediators of the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Goldstein has been appointed to the Commercial Panel of Mediators of the American Arbitration Association and also to the Mediator Roster of the AAA’s International Centre for Dispute Resolution. Mr. Goldstein began accepting appointments as a mediator in commercial cases in 2009 and this area of his practice continues to expand. He is also on the mediator rosters of the Commercial Division of New York Supreme Court for New York, Westchester, and Suffolk Counties.
